Comedy Central with Tough Crowd, Reno 911, and Whos Line is it? is quite funny
However History channel, TLC, and discovery are randomly good. What else am I missing?

Also, MTV actually plays music videos at night. Go figure. To bad they still suck.
 
The Girls Gone Wild Ads. Or the penis enlarger infomercials with the hagged out old porno chicks and Ron Jeremy.
 
If you're in the Portland, OR area check out Playhouse TV on Comcast channel 14. It's a show by a local radio station that highlights what happened during their morning show that same day. A more local Howard Stern-type show, if you will.
