Question Best laptop for my friend with work?

There are lots of options from $400 to $950. What is important for your friend in a laptop? More storage? More RAM? Faster CPU? Overall build quality? Does he need any special ports for work, like USB 4? Is he OK with an IPS panel or would he prefer an OLED laptop?
