Im thinking aobut replacing my 2 PCs in two locations with a laptop. Thus, I will be doing most of my gaming on it. What is the best videocard/system to do so with?
 
Either the RADEON Mobility 9800 (effectively an underclocked X800SE, and only slightly slower than a desktop 9800Pro), or the GeForceGo 6800 (basically an underclocked 6800NU). Very pricey, though, since they're only available in a few high-end laptops. The upcoming ATI "M28" (Mobility X800?) should be almost as fast as an X800Pro, but is currently not available anywhere that I know of.
