Best keyboard/mouse tray for gaming

I'm building a custom computer desk, and I want to put a keyboard/mouse tray under the desk for ergonomics. I want something that will allow me to adjust the height of the tray, but also give ample mousing room for game. Anyone have a suggestion?

It's Monday morning and you know you're looking for a reason to take a break from work......

Someone out there must use an ergonomic keyboard and mouse tray. What do you like and dislike about your tray, and what is the brand/model. Does it give ample room for using an optical mouse (with or without a cord)? I'd appreciate any info you can give.
