I started a new job and they're giving me some money for peripherals. I'm looking for both a mouse and keyboard (wired or wireless) for $150 total.

I had a Logitech G5 at my previous job and it was awesome; unfortunately, they don't make it anymore. I'm looking for a replacement that has a precise laser and is comfortable for extended use by someone with large hands and long fingers.

For the keyboard, I'd like something laptop-esque, and similar to the standard Apple desktop keyboard. Soft, Chiclet keys are what I'm basically going for. The Apple keyboard is my fallback, but I wanted to see if anyone had better recommendations.

EDIT: Anyone have the Logitech Performance MX?

Logitech replaced the G5 with the G500 and subsequently the G500s. I currently use an MX518 at work, and just replaced my G5 at home with a new G500s. If you like that mouse shape (like I do) the G500s is a good replacement. I am adjusting to some of the changes made to button placement, but overall I feel pretty at home with my G500s after just two days.
