Best Keyboard and Mouse Combo for PC & Mac?

I am fixing up my office (to finally have it be useful) and I want to be able to use my keyboard and mouse on both my macbook and my PC.

So what is the best wireless keyboard/mouse combo that is compatible with both the PC and the Mac?

It works on a PC. How do you do screen shots with this keyboard since there isn't such a key? I know how to do screen shots on a Mac, but not on the PC with the Mac keyboard.

It seems that reaction to Apple wireless Mightly Mouse is equivocal at best, but everyone seems to love the new Apple wireless keyboard.

Is there anything better for a Mac Mini (used primarily as music server)?

I use the DiNovo Edge; it's pretty expensive, but really good.
