Best karaoke places in LA?

for Chinese, there's two in Alhambra, 1 in El Monte
for Japanese, there's one in J town
for Korea, there's one in Torrence (forgot how to get there though)

there's one in little tokyo in the yaohan plaza. its near the arcade. they have alot of the current songs too. i miss karaoke.

:music:

Talk to me
Tell me your name
You blow me off like it's all the same
You lit a fuse and now I'm ticking away
Like a bomb
Yeah, Baby
Talk to me
Tell me your sign
You're switching sides like a Gemini
You're playing games and now you're hittin' my
heart
Like a drum
Yeah, Baby
Well if Lady Luck gets on my side
We're gonna rock this town alive
I'll let her rough me up
Till she knocks me out
She walks like she talks,
And she talks like she walks
And she bangs, she bangs
Oh baby
When she moves, she moves
I go crazy
'Cause she looks like a flower but she stings
like a bee
Like every girl in history
She bangs, she bangs
I'm wasted by the way she moves
No one ever looked so fine
She reminds me that a woman only got one thing on her mind
Talk to me
Tell me your name
I'm just a link in your daisy chain
Your rap sounds like a diamond
Map to the stars
Yeah, Baby
Talk to me
Tell me the news
You wear me out like a pair of shoes
We'll dance until the band goes home
Then you're gone
Yeah, Baby
Well if it looks like love should be a crime
You'd better lock me up for life
I'll do the time with a smile on my face
Thinking of her in her leather and lace
Well if Lady Luck gets on my side
We're gonna rock this town alive
I'll let her rough me up
Till she knocks me out
She walks like she talks,
And she talks like she walks

that's not even remotely funny, not even in the slightest possible way. that's older than....phuck, that's just old.

anyhow, if you go to ktown, there's a no-reh-bang on just about every corner. can't say if any which one is better than the others, but there are some that will serve alcohol past 1:30am 😉

hey, MasterxFob, where can I find nice place to drink in Ktown? I been to a couple of spots on 6th (Na Rang Deng?) and Rosen Brewery.

Dezign:
K-100 in Alhambra: Take 10 East, exit Atlantic and go north towards Alhambra (watch out, there are two exits for Atlantic, I believe it is the second one). You go pass Valley Blvd, Mission, and before you hit Main Street you will see a Chrylser/Jeep dealer on your left and Edwards threater. Turn Right on Main. On Main Street, you will go see some nice club (and if you seee a Starbucks, you gone too far). K-100 will be on your Left hand side, on 2nd or 3rd Street I am not sure. It should be next to a Denny's. K-100 has private rooms and open area I believe, personally I have not been there but I heard okay reviews about them.

Neon in Alhambra: bar and open Karaoke. No Private rooms. Located on Main st cross Chapel. So follow the previous directions and keep on going on Main Street. Chapel is the cross street after Garfield.

"Money Box" AND "B's Land" in Alhambra/San Gabriel: Take 10 East, exit San Gabriel and go north towards San Gabriel(watch out, there are also two exits for San Gabriel, I believe it is the second one). You go pass Valley Blvd, Mission, and a RailRoad track, and before you hit Las Tunas Street, "Money Box" AND "B's Land" are on the Left hand side, they both are kinda next to each other. B's Land is painted in Pastel Blue and that place has no private rooms (it is actually more like a bar). Meanwhile "Money Box" has only private room to offer, the place is somewhat shabby though.

Oh, just found this, I believe this will be much clearer. 🙂

"Emperior" in El Monte: take 60 East, exit Peck Road N. (exit Between Rosemead and 605) the place is Right there off the exit pass the 7-11. Emperior features both open area and private rooms.

the one in J-town:

follow the direction, park inside that plaza, go to third place. it should a level above the arcade.
