Office Space, by far. Of course, that's if you've actually had a real job.

It's a tough call but I'll go with Office Space on this one. Clerks is still a great movie, though.

Clerks was more of a twisted reality. Office Space actually captures so much of real office life and makes fun of it.

Clerks is more abstract and philosophical. It doesn't deal with real life situations as much as it's a vehicle for Kevin Smith's social/political commentary. Office Space is a poke in the eye for the corporate world and a real life reflection of a career in a cubicle farm, and thus much less "serious."

Both are great movies but as far as representing real job angst, Office Space is the only choice.

I watched Clerks and it was stupid. Office Space portrays the mundane life of a working individual significantly better than Clerks does.

two of my favorite movies... im so divided... on one hand, we have a bunch of good 1-liners in Office Space, but with Clerks., we get EXCELLENT dialogue pieces. gauging by the votes in this thread, imma vote for clerks. it looks like it needs some help

"Dante Hicks: Wait a minute, what is that anyway, something like 36? Does that INCLUDE me?
Veronica Loughran: Ummm...37.
Dante Hicks: I'm 37?!"
