Best intergrated MB minus video?

I dont have time to go through differant reviews, so im wondering what the best intergrated board minus intergrated video out there is.

Well for an AMD system that would be any board with the Nforce2 chipset.
Most have 2 network adapter, 5.1 audio, firewire, USB2, etc.
