Best instrumental jazz CDs for listening while reading?

What's some good instrumental music (jazz, preferably) to listen to while reading? I can't read and listen to vocals at the same time.

Desafinado - Coleman Hawkins - Smooth latin jazz. Nice music that shouldn't be too distracting.

If you're reading and the music isn't the focus, I agree that it should be more smooth-jazz-like...one of my favorites when studying/reading is Duke Ellington's "Piano in the Background" and "Piano in the Foreground".
