Best inexpensive PDA available?

What is the most useful/best and inexpensive PDA out there? Doesn't even have to have a color screen (although it would be nice). But I have the memory of a goldfish and need something to help plan my life.

Thanks.

edit: cheap meaning $100 new or much less expensive used (FS/FT ebay etc). A sharp display would be nice as well.

Stick w/ Palm Pilots running Palm OS. They can be had for much cheaper than ones w/ color screen and running WinCE, and I imagine more stable.

Used Axim is the best way to go. Simple to use and great for people who can't remember things, like...

EDIT: me

Or if you want something easier (if it's in stock) some OfficeMax B&M's have the Palm Tungsten T2 on clearance for $119.

A few stores also have Toshiba Genio E550s left. They go for $170 or less if you can find the 20% off clearance items coupon. If Pocket PC is more your style. I had seriously considered picking one up to replace my Veiwsonic V35.

Nevermind on the coupon thing, looks like it expired 🙁

I picked up an older Palm Pilot @ overstock.com for about $45 a few months ago.
It's a refurb, black and white, doesn't have gobs of features, but it's more then enough for what I need (address book, appointment calender/alarm, etc.

I have a Palm VIIx (with wireless web capability) I could sell you but they're so dirt cheap it wouldn't be worth it... they're going for ~$15 on eBay. Look into it.
