I'm approximately 24 miles from the closest digital signal. Phillips silver still the way to go?

At 24 miles, you may want to look for a larger antenna to go in your attic.

tangent1138 did you mean Zenith Silver Sensor? That's a good one for about 0-15 miles.

The Zenith HDTV1 was no longer available anywhere I went, but the Philips PHDTV1 was in stock at Circuit City. Same exact design. Maybe they just stole the design? But it actually says "Silver Surfer Classic" on the box...



weird. the zenith is in stock at amazon, but not circuit city.
the philips is in stock at circuit city but not amazon.
