best image manipulation program to remove red-eye

opps. took some pics of my friends band play at night and forgot to turn on red-eye reduction on my canon a40 so most of the shots have red-eye. any good program that can get rid of that other than this arcsoft photoimpression that came with my canon a40? thanks

I use Paint Shop Pro from Jasc and it works pretty well. I believe they have a 30 day free trial download available.
