Since AOL owns ICQ, you can message people on ICQ with AIM... so go with AIM.

just add their UIN to your buddy list.

... I wonder if you can sign in to your ICQ account from AIM?

I don't think I've used ICQ in 7 or 8 years. I haven't the slightest clue of what my number was. I use MSN now.

I haven't touched ICQ in years. I'm on AIM and yahoo now, I use Trillian to connect for both of them so I don't have two programs running.

😕 I bet most people don't use third party software. I can count on one hand the people I know who use Trillian.

I use Trillian. It can use a bit of RAM but I don't think it's too bad. For me it's 11MB sitting idle (connected to AIM, Y!, MSN) and since my last reboot it has hit 30MB.
