i am building a p4 system, originally i was contemplating RDRAM then realized its not worth the price for the little more performance it offers, i decided i would go with ddr333, i know hte i would like to know in your opion what the best board is, i am not sure if i am gonna over clock but i would like a board whcih it can be done easily

Hi there, I recommend looking at the EPoX 4G4A+ or EPoX 4G4AI. Difference between them is that the 4G4A+ has onboard RAID and the 4G4AI doesn't but still meets other requirements.
 
The EPoX 4G4A(I|+) are the best value boards, but you might like the pricier Asus P4B533-V better if you have money to burn.
