Best i815 motherboard?

Ok... Perhaps this question has already been beaten to death but I want to know what motherboard offers great stability + tweaking options...
I have 3 options to consider.

The price is local since I wont buy online (at least not a motherboard).

1. ASUS CUSL2 , i815E, 3 dimm,1 agp, 6 PCI, 2 CNR, onboard audio/video,(can be disasbled) UDMA66/100?. -$169.95-

2. MicroStar i815 Pro, i815E, 4 dimm, 1 agp, 6PCI, 1 CNR , onboard audio/video (can be disabled). -$134.95-

3. Matsonic MS-7047D(eww), i815, UDMA/66, 3 dimm, 1 agp, 5 PCI, 1 CNR, onboard audio/video (can be disabled). -$119.95-

The cheapest board in my group is the Matsonic but I would really doubt the quality of manufacturing.
Easily the most stable motherboard in my group should be the ASUS yet its price is not very reasonable.
And in the middle price range falls the MicroStar. Give me enough reasons to think this board is just as stable as an ASUS and I'm sold.
Is it easy/safe to disable onboard video?
I plan to put on the board: PIII 800mhz, 256 133mhz RAM, ATi AIW Radeon, SBlive! Xgamer, 3com Network card, 7.2k rpm 20g Maxtor HD, Toshiba (x6?) DVD, 8x4x32 ZipCD Recorder.

The Asus CUSl2-C can be had for around 119. It does not have onboard audio or video. Mine is a very stable board.

That would be great if I could find one but most of the mobo's I find advertised have the i815 with integrated audio/video.

BaTTo,
I have the MSI 815 pro and I am very pleased with it. I have a 933 P3 running @1008MHz. Very stable and problem free so far.(3 months)
