SWIFTECH-MC462a...the sk-6 has been reported to beat it...but that's only because it comes with a delta fan. I'm running prime95 right @ 42 C @ 1.67. I changed the sanyo delki fan with a 80cfm black label delta fan. Sidewindercomputers.com...check them out.

Do yourself a favor and get the best. Swiftech MC462-A. Nothing else comes close, period. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Try to either get a pre-assembled unit with the Delta 68.5cfm fan, or get a bare unit and find a black label Delta to put on it. The Sanyo-Denki shipping with the Rev1 MC462-A's gives up a couple degrees.

What's the best HSF for overclocking a tbird socket A?

My friend has an Athlon 1.2 o/c to 1.4 running a Volcano II. It seems stable so far.

My Thermosonic THermoEngine HSF works well. It can be had for under $40 with a Delta fan on it. I have a 1333@1596 and my temp is 38-40C
