Best HSF for an Athlon XP 2000+? I don't plan on overclocking much and I want something relatively quiet. Don't want to spend more than $15-30.... Any ideas?

ThermalTake SilentBoost is a good bet. I can buy it for $30 Canadian, not sure of pricing in the US.

I agree, the Slient Boost is the best for that price

yeah the silent boost is great. I have one on my Athlon XP 1800+ overclocked to the max with it still being stable and temps have never reached above 50C even after hours of being at full load. And it's even a old steeping with high vcore so yeah, the silent boost will be good enough and it's quiet :)
