Best HSF for me? (1.5ghz + quiet)

Im running my 1ghz AXIA (200fsb) on an iwill kk266 @ 1.5ghz (300fsb)
I'm using this setup - alpha 6035 w/YL-Tech fan.
It works ok, but I'd like something quieter. I run about 40 idle and 50 full load as it is.
Is there a better fan i can use? or perhaps I should get a new HSF all together?
