I want to get a HSF for my OEM a64 3000+. Whats the best for cooling? I don't care about noise I just want the coolest possible temps. with a HSF. Cheap too 😀

swiftech mcx-6400-v.

i bought this instead of the thermalright and I am really satisified with the cooling. I opted for the 92 mm fan so that it would be quieter... it really makes a difference.

The Thermalright is better than the Gigabyte. Dunno about the Swiftech, but unless it's something new I haven't heard of, then it's better than that, as well.
Google for some reviews.

Just wait for the XP-120 from Thermalright, they confirmed to me that they will have both an AMD64 and P4 version of this one ready by the end of july.

So thats a 120mm on this sink without having to use any adapter, this sink is one mean mother and I am getting it on preorder😉

click here for picture of XP-120

and the copper one is the SP-94😉

How in the world is that 120mm monster going to fit on ANY motherboard? Not possible, methinks.

I though 120mm heatsinks were going to be the norm for BTX, not ATX boards. I dont see how a 120mm would fit on ATX.

If that's a monster, what is this?

I have the gold one for my 2800 Barton. It comes with 2 80mm fans and weighs close to two pounds.
