I'm looking at choices from here

Also, do most come with some goop or would I have to buy some seperately?
(Looking to keep it under £20)

Any advice would be welcome (or other UK sites with free shipping and better options under £20)

Well, out of the choices on the linked list (as specified by the POSTER), I'd go with one of the Coolermaster 7+ models.

Many people look at the cfm figures for these coolers, but you're not talking "apples and apples" when comparing them to a regular fan. The squirrel cages fans actually give more air pressure than the cfm figure implies.

The 7+ makes a heck of a racket up full whack, EKL Blade XP Papst looks pretty OK

Out of those options I'd probably grab an Aero 7 lite. They do a fairly decent job. As for thermal compound or "goop" I'd try to locate some Ceramique by Arctic Silver. It's about $3 here in the US (not sure about the price in the UK) and does 3-8C better than the goop you'll get with your HS. Too bad you aren't in the US so that you could take advantage of the $19.99 SLK-900 deal at SVC.com. It's a much better heatsink for less than you want to spend.
