Best Home User Firewall

I was looking to get a half decent firewall up, after reformatting. I was using a poor PC-Cillin Firewall. Since I've got some cash to burn I would assume it would be in my best interest to get a real active working firewall. Anyone have any favorites? I am not that networking intelligent FYI. I've seen some good opinions on Zone Alarm and Tiny Personall Firewall.
