Actually, I didn't buy the CD. Back in 1997 I first heard it in a friends car. I liked it so much, he gave me the CD.
 
the cd is worth it, it was/still is damn good. i'm a wu fan in general though,which is what led me to picking it up,a nd i must say i'm glad i did

Great list. I would agree with all of them, except maybe the Low End Theory. I think Beats, Rhymes, and Life is better.

 
anoterh vote for outkast aquemini and nortorious b.i.g. - ready to die also of worthy mention is tribe - midnight marauders

i'm east coast so although awesome dre doesnt make this list of mine but he's on the top ten for sure
