Best Heatsink for Tbird @1.4gig

I should have my Axia 1gig @1.4 by the end of the week and was wondering what kind of fan I need to run it. I want something that will keep it cool, be quiet, and not cost very much. Any ideas?

I was thinking maybe about the Volcano II because they are so cheap.
