What would be the best heatsink to use for a Celeron 700MHz (socket 370) CPU to keep it cool without needing a fan? I'm thinking about underclocking it to keep it as cool as possible so this can be possible without having to pay a premium for a rare socket 370 fanless heatsink. What would be the best thermal paste to use as well Any suggestions?

I think you should be able to run fanless with a Zalman CNPS-3000 or 6000 series. What's your current heatsink/fan setup? You might be able to get away with simply just slowing down the fan.

Arctic Silver 5 is a good choice for thermal paste.

I actually don't have it set up yet. I'm just looking to make it fanless when I get the parts in the mail.
