Best heatsink for Athlon 64 3000+ AX?

I have been looking at HSF and like what I have read about the Thermaltake Volcano 12 (even taking into account the size and noise it produces). Is this even compatable?

I will be using it on a MSI Neo Platinum board.

Any other suggestions from anyone with the same motherboard/CPU would be appreciated.

Volcano 12 is a good, one, but I would buy a Zalman 7000al/cu or the new Thermalright XP-120.
