Best heatsink for A64 that uses stock mobo backplate etc.

Title says it all. What is the best heatsink for a socket 754 Athlon 64 that uses the stock backplate etc. that comes with the motherboard. I am trying to find a heatsink that would improve cooling yet be quick and easy to throw on ie I wont have to remove the motherboard to swap the backplate as you have to with a Zalman unit.
