I'm looking for a heatsink for my p4 2.0a so I can overclock but would prefer to spend as little as possible.
any ideas?
proof would be helpfull i.e. links to reviews or price points...

Umm...the one that comes with the P4?
Actually it does a good job....just take the pad off and put some artic silver on it.

The Swiftech's MCX478 does a kick ass job, but 50 duckets w/out the fan... Sorry don't have that kinda fundage.
The other one said that the thermaltake 7+ is good but i've heard that they aren't that great... anything in the middle. That won't kill my budget although I can get the thermaltake 7+ for cheap 30 dollars is awsome... should I buy it?
