I have a dual Xeon system ( socket 604 ) that needs cooling bad. It is currently in a rugged PC case which only gives it room for a 1U server heat sink. The ones that came with it were for a 603 and every time the CPUs were under load they would get way to hot (close to 90 C before I would turn it off).
I read up a little online and it turns out that there is a small height difference from the 603 to 604 Xeons. Because of this think that the heat sink is not getting enough pressure on the CPU.
Here is the computer system that I have to use:

The heat sink must be 1U because the PSU sits right over the CPUs and they only have clearance for a 1U heat sink.
So what is the best active 1U socket 604 Xeon heat sink I can get.
P.S. The Xeons are 3.06 ghz with 533mhz FSB.
