Best Heat Sink Fan (HSF) for Athlon Socket A

I was wondering what you guys thought the best heat sink fan was for the Athlon T-bird. For a reasonable price hopefully under $50.

Case ventilation isn't much of a problem for me i have a Coolermaster ATC-200 which is such a sweet case.

For that price(noise withstanding) the Thermalright SK6 with a 60MM delta. Or possibly the Glaciator, but it is under fire right now, due to lacking reviews.
 
okay then what's the best CPU cooler without going into anything beyond a heatsink and a fan and price not being a major factor? meaning no water pumps no liquid nitrogen, etc etc.
 
If price is not a factor, Swiftech 462A for $80 at inflowdirect.com. Swiftech received the best ratings in the last socket a cooler roundup.
