Best headphone type for excersizing?

After a year of trying (and being lazy), i've decided that my sennheiser earbuds are NOT suited for running around 🙂 What type of headphones are the best for excersizing? Full size, the self-proclaimed "sport" headphones? Lightweight? Thx for any help

I tried my girlfriend's "trendy" over the ear Sony headphones where the plastic band goes behind your head and they gave me a headache at the gym after about a half hour.... Though I can't say for a fact that the headache was caused by the headphones.... I prefer the kind that come with a Sony CD player - decent sounding, and cheap, so if they break, you don't feel bad.

Personally, I think a pair of earbuds (I prefer the ones where the cord is staggered so it can loop behind the neck) is best since there isn't any foam to get all sweaty.

i'm trying out a pair of Nike PSA|Flight headphones by Philips (20$ at best buy). Very bendy, behind the head, inexpensive, decent sounding, i'm going for a run, tell you how i feel when I get back 🙂

Have you tried any of Sony's Sport series headphones (the yellow ones)? They're supposed to be water resistant, and the earbud model (forgot the model no.) is fairly small and light enough for the ears.

B&O A8s will work. I use mine for working out. They have completely adjustable over the ear thingees so they don't hurt your ear like most plastic ones will.

Plus, they sound nice. You just have to get over the $160 price tag. 🙂

How were these?

I saw two kinds of Nike headphones at Frys. They were a funky plastic material that felt just right for exercise. I might consider getting them if i hear good things about them. 🙂
