Best Harddrive configuration for my new C2D system

I'm upgrading my rig to a C2D, DDR2, ect...

my currents setup is 2x74gb raptors raid0 and a 250gb storage drive, with the OS and program files on the raid drive.

I've been toying with the idea of ditching raid and changing the setup to:

1x74gb OS + ??
1x74gb Progams and swap file
1x250gb Data and Storage


Should I keep the raptors in a raid0 setup, or no

I dislike RAID [0] because of the complexity involved and that if one drive fails you've lost everything. I think keeping them seperate may be better.
