Best Hard Drives for RAID 5

I am planning on building a NAS this weekend. The WD RE3's look pretty sweet but they are pricey. I am currently eying the Caviar Blacks. I am going to get 4 x 1TB. I was also looking at the Samsung Spinpoint 1TB's and the Seagate 7200.11 1TB and 1.5TB. Due to the high failure rate of the 1.5TB's i am probably going stay away from them. How much of a performance difference is there between the samsung, seagate and WD black in RAID 5? I couldn't really find anything online.

Thanks!

Even though the Caviar Black is a bit pricier, you are paying for the reliability and speed that the Seagate drives cannot offer. I hope that Seagate gets these 1.5tb drives fixed because I really want one, and I like their 5 year warranty.
