best hard drive cloning software ?

i will be upgrading to a raptor drive but i don't wanna have to reinstall windows, can i just copy the old drive's partition and mbr ?

Norton Ghost comes with SystemWorks Pro; I don't think it's included in the standard version.

I've used ghost, acronis true image, drive image, etc..

they'll all good but you can't beat free
maxblast ....says only works with maxtor drives but it works with all hard drives...
copy partition to partition.

I've used acronis true image as well to clone a 40GB drive onto a new 120GB and it worked extremely well.
