Best Handheld for $200-$300

I don't know a whole lot about handhelds, and I've been looking into getting one. I also don't know much about Windows Mobile 5. Is it worth it?

I have been looking at:

Dell Axim x51 (416 or 520)
HP hx2495
Palm Tungsten / TX

You can get an x51v for around $300 if you catch the right sale and coupon appropriately. I'd love to have a VGA PDA!
