Best Hamburgers in Los Angeles

So I had The Counter on Monday...and I thought it was the best burger I ever had. It was $6.50. Freaking crowded because it was featured on Oprah recently.

On Wednesday I had the burger from Father's Office...oh...my...God...that was so good. It wasn't even a hamburger. It was more like a ground premium steak made into hamburger meat panini. I had it medium rare...I went at 8:30 and it was JAM packed...more packed at 10:30 when I left. The burger was $11.

Anyone try these? What did you think?

OMG Father's Office is SO great. Any time you want to go there and get one of those AMAZING burgers, PM me. The Prohibition lager there is great too.

Seriously their brews are amazing too. I forgot to say the sweet potatoe fries were awesome too!

And none of those places are near the SGV or Irvine =(

Well The Kind Burger in Newport is pretty effin good....not L.A. but definetly closer to Irvine and just as good as Fathers or Apple Pan (well at least 90%)

Father's office is worth the drive. There are rules though so do your research before you go...

The Apple Pan.

Trust me, I LOVE apple pan...but it doesn't compare to Father's Office.

These three places are all different style burgers, though so you gotta give the pan some props

Yea I suppose you can argue FO is not a true hamburger. But yes Apple Pan is bomb. Do you live near Apple Pan?

Sounds really good. I love sweet potato fries. Very popular in New Orleans.

Yep I love Apple Pan too, but no way does it stack up to Fathers Office

I have lived in Baltimore, Houston and Los Angeles and I have yet to have a burger I think is better

and that includes a pound and a half burger in baltimore
