Best H61/67 with USB 3 & 6Gb/s for under $100?

Managed to score a i5 2400 and a pair of Samsung F3 hdd on sale. Now looking for a sub $100 mobo to use with them. Thinking H61 or H67 (no overclocking needed) but need some help for looking for a good reliable quality one. One with USB 3.0 and Sata 6Gb/s (yes, I know the F3 are not 6Gb/s) is wanted. Planning on getting 4GB RAM and probably a single 6850 or 6870 GPU for it. Haven't ruled out nVidia yet. ATX preferred but willing to go with a mATX mobo if its good quality(no case chosen yet). Other than the sub $100 request more concerned with quality and stability than cost but looking at cost too.

I figured a H67 mobo would be the only choice but I saw this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&SID=u00000687 and figured I'd add in H61 into the title.

So what are my choices currently?
 
That ASRock is fine, but all the ports are SATA 6Gb/s. Not that that matters, because even the fastest mechanical drives out there (Hitachi 7K1000.D) can barely exceed SATA 1.5Gb/s speeds.
