Best guest character on Seinfeld?

Not counting the main cast and major recurring characters like Newman, Jerry and George's family, Puddy, etc - who was the best guest character ever on Seinfeld? I'd make a poll but there's so many possibilities I know I'd overlook some.

My quick-trigger pick would be the Soup Nazi, but I just caught the episode called 'The Librarian.' The Mr. Bookman character steals every scene he's in with his Joe Friday-like delivery. Great stuff.

I like Mr. Peterman, but i guess he wouldnt be considered a guest character.

Yeah Peterman's a good one. I didn't realize he was in so many episodes though (21.) I would've thought he was only in about 6 or 7.

Not that we was the funniest or the best guest actor, but the show with Keith Hernandez (the baseball player) was hilarious. The parallel of Kramer and Newman's spitting incident to the JFK shooting was brilliant.

BTW, what about Bob Sacamano?

Jackie Chiles was only in a few episodes. I don't think he qualifies as a major recurring guest.
