Best GSM phone for reception. LG Optimus One? Also need one with a keypad.

Hi I live in a terrible spot for tmobile but I only pay about $35 a month for unlimited calls, text and 2gb of internet. The reception is horrible, I really like my nexus 4 and it gets great reception everywhere but my place where I'm at -113db signal quality. I've heard the LG optimus one has dual antenna and is pretty good any other suggestions.

Edit: Also need to find a good phone for my mom, she hates touch screen so she needs one with keypad or touch screen with keypad and great reception.

i think you're screwed given the Nexus 4's antenna is pretty darn good.
