In the 100-150$ range please.
Made a list of the ones I thought were the best, but not so sure due to my lack of knowledge. I used "http://gpuboss.com/compare-gpus" to compare cards.

My list:
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
4. Tom's Hardware's recommendation:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...
^ it recommends the "Radeon HD 7750" and "Radeon R7 250x"

My current card:
Radeon HD 7750:

If you have a better card in mind than the ones I listed, please let me know.

GTX 660 for $150 after $30MIR:

R9 270 for $140 after $30MIR:

These are your best choices in this price range at Newegg. If you have to keep the price below $150 without rebates, these are the best you can do currently:

R7 265 for $150:

GTX 750Ti for $137 after $15MIR:

And if you don't mind a refurbished card, here is an excellent deal on a 7870 GHz Edition for $150. This is probably the best deal of the bunch listed here.

Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it. Couldn't have done it without you.
I ended up getting the 7870 and it's exactly what I wanted.
