Best GPU for multi monitor setup

What would be the best non- gaming GPU for a 4X 1080p or 2X1200p or 2X QVGA (least likely). This would not be used for gaming and would like to keep it about $150.

All of the Kepler GPUs 6xx & 7xx series will run 4 LCD screens....

This, as will most AMD GCN GPUs (HD 7xxx and R7 2xx). If you're really not gaing at all, I'd go with the HD 7750 or R7 260X. The 260X would be more expensive, but at the same time doesn't have the port restrictions some older cards have which may or may not affect you depending on the ports of the monitors you want to use.
