I got it for 18 bucks at Target and its excellent.
If you pay more than 20 bucks then it might not be such a good deal.
The last one I played (PGA 2004) had a lot more courses, but this one is still good.

I liked TW '04, can't speak for '07 but based on '04 I would buy it if I weren't hopelessly addicted to WoW to the near-exclusion of other games. Only downside is they're EA games, so if you're boycotting them you're out of luck.
