Best goal (Or "task", if need bed) Website/App for Mac/iPhone

Simply put:

I'd like to be able to write down some daily and weekly goals. These may be in task form, but it's more than just a to-do list, I think. (Maybe goals and tasks are one and the same -- I'm not new age-y/life coach-y enough to know, but I'd just like to set little goals for myself. Apparently it helps in accomplishing things)

What's the best (free?) way of doing this on the web/Mac and with an iPhone?

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

iProcrastinate and Evernote come to mind. They are in both the Mac and iPhone app stores. iProcrastinate is $1 in the iPhone app store, however

Evernote. The best seriously. I use it to jot down my thoughts even, beyond using it at work for notes. Great app and free.

Weird. I guess I had iProcrastinate when it was free. Huh.

Anyway, I went with that. I didn't like that there wasn't pre-built "to do" templates for Evernote, nor could you edit a note with a checkbox on your iPhone. iProcrastinate is made for that, and for a dollar it's more than worth it.

But I kept evernote for, uh, notes!
