Welding?

Or you could try an epoxy (Aryldite etc)

Edit: Or of course JB Weld ;)

Assuming that using an adhesive isn't a really bad idea for your application, JB Weld works wonders.

A few years ago my buddy and I JBwelded the engine block on his car. I never thought it would work, but to my surprise, it never leaked. I've also used it on completely broken pieces, namely the mounts to a starter on my Honda. The stuff works!

JB Weld rules...

My girlfriends mom patched a huge hole in her oil pan with JB Weld... Got her from Washington St. to Virginia at least... lol

Here's a thought: try JB Weld...I hear it works wonders......:)

Actually, I JB Welded the radiator in my truck a few of years ago when it split along the top seam and forgot about it until about a month ago when it split in a different place... This time I replaced it but the JB Weld held the pressure for at least 3 years.....
