Best gift idea for a couple expecting their baby soon

My friend's wife is expected to deliver in 2-3 week's time. It's a big step for them and I want to get them something for the baby. Any ideas?

I'm being half serious as those things aren't just chump change, especially when you look at how much they go for and how many the baby goes through in a week. If you can, consider getting them a gift certificate to one of those warehouse clubs that have good deals on diapers.

More than likely they have a baby registry. Check around... babies r us.. Sears... all you need is their name to look it up.. and these places you can check online.

and everyone ask me what I want
so we did on baby registry on babies r us and we just tell people to buy from there
