Best GF2 Pro Overclock and 2D? needs TV Out

The title says it all. Whats the best GF2 Pro for overclocking and high res 2D with a TV out. I know thats alot to ask, but I've got to know whos got the best mix for a budget gaming/DVD rig.

I don't think you can go wrong with a VisionTek from what I've read. I've also read several reviews and heard from friends that have the MSI board and have had good results.
