I'm attempting to find a better ISP than the one i have now, preferebly decent connect speeds and above all else, good pings. I know that local ISPs are usually better than large corporations, but in this area I don't believe this is the case. I know there were a few ISPs dedicated for gaming, but I never actually found any to be available in this area (western Mass.).
Has anyone had good experiences with a certain Dial-up ISP? I would like to check them out.
