Struggling to find a gaming 2560x1440.

2 choices i have found.

Hazro HZ27WC - 6ms Pixel - 8.8ms input lag - Discontinued?

HP ZR2740w v2 - 12ms Pixel - 3.6ms input lag

HP pixel response isnt great but the input lag is great.

Are there any with 6ms Pixels and single digit input lag?

The Dell 30ms is unacceptable for gaming..

Any ideas?

I use the one from Microcenter (Auria). I haven't noticed any ghosting but I don't play a lot of FPS either. Only one I can think off hand is CounterStrike and Metro 2033.

I only have access to UK models and maybe Ebay Crossover ones which i just saw are REALLY cheap!

The HP is 12ms GTG so make sure you are comparing apple to apple stats. I've had mine for about a year now and it's been fine while gaming.

They are all GTG quoted times i think?

The HP looks good but its a shame they dont have faster pixel response it would be perfect

Dell U2713HM has 8ms G2G. Anyway, all this is theory. I have a Dell U2711 and it is fine even compared to my previous view sonic TN panel. Unless you are into professional gaming, you are only talking theory. I bet you haven't ever owned a dell IPS before.

No but every official test shows the 27" dells to have 25-33ms input lag.

I like FPS shooters... i wouldnt want to trade 4ms of pixel response for 25ms in input lag?

It is theory. While playing the difference is minimal. I myself went from a TN panel to Dell 2711. And the input lag is negligible, and the image quality more than makes up for the difference. I would anyday take a dell or apple display over any other monitor in the market assuming I can afford it. And I am a fps gamer who plays at 60+ fps.

The only dell's id probably use are in the 24" 1900x1200 and 30" 3014 which is way to expensive.

Their 27" monitors dont have the input response that the smaller and larger bothers have. I dont understand why only the 27" suffers.

I dont want to drop £500-£600 on a 27" that doesnt perform as good as its £200 1900x1200 24" version.

my advice would be spend 500-600$ for an overclockable LG Panel.

I bought a regular 60hz from here: http://overlordcomputer.com/collections/27-displays

SE model has only dvi-DL but that means it'll input lag less.

I enjoyed playing at 60hz in fps however when I installed the OC PCB in it and game at 110hz It's a big difference if you can power that many fps at 1440p.

Is it really that high? I must really be slow then.
