What the best FTP client that you guys have found that regulates the speed that you u/l? I'm currectly using Bullet Proof FTP 2.2 but that's not regulating it worth crap. Thanks alot guys!!!

LeechFTP is the best. Fast, simple, free, and you can use multiple threads to download (good when you access a high bandwidth ftp site with alot of big files you wanna download)
 
I like and use at work: SecureFX. While it requires you buy it, i *disabled that feature to enable it fully. Its really a nice smooth operating FTp that handles SSH and SFTP.
