City of Industry is the best one I've seen. Woodland Hills was good. And for all the people going to Las Vegas for the weekend, they won't be deprived of the Fry's experience as there is a new store in Las Vegas next to the freeway!

I'm a sucker for the tropical/tiki/Hawaiian theme at MB. Sure, it's cramped, has few cashiers (=lines at all times of day), lacks a coffeeshop (not a coffee person anyway), and there's that often insufferable parking gantlet... but it's all about the bamboo turnstile bayyyybee!!!! Something about the atmosphere and its proximity to my university makes it a nice, quick respite from a day's worth of classes, assignments and exams on that rare occasion when my wallet is nice and fat. :D

Anaheim (theme evokes a Best Buy for some reason... maybe color scheme?), Fountain Valley (nightmare to get to the first time) and COI are very nice stores as well. They just make me feel so damn small and overwhelmed...

Bingo ...or as they almost called it originally when proposed at another site not too far away, Cal State Watts. I do love the 'diversity' of the femal... er, campus population and curriculum. Whew, covered that one good. :p

EDIT: Unfortunately, we don't have the excitement and history of UCLA and USC's huge and storied athletic programs. On the other hand, we don't have the current misfortunate of having either's basketball program... I do have free tickets for UCLA & Stanford next weekend though. Bruins better show in body, mind & heart for once. :D

The Mannhattan beach one is my local one, I'm in ES. I realize how much it sucks after going to the AMD giveaway in Burbank, and to the one in San Diego too. The MB one is small in comparison, and the theme pretty much ends at the front of the store. The burbank one with the space ship crashing had alien stuff all the way to the back. I haven't been to any of the OC ones, or Woodland Hills, only MB and Burbank.
